1.Q: I would like to see the sample, how can i get it?
A: For the faux teak sheet, we can provide a free small sheet (20*20CM) to check. You just need to responsible for express cost or using your express service to pick up the sample.
2. Q: If i have customized color requiments, can you accept that?
A: Yes, we can accept the customized color if your quantity will be reached 200 square meter.
3. Q: I have a personal houseboat, can i custom the shape matching with my boat? Even for number, logo, pattern which i would like put it on my boat?
A: Sure, we can do it by CNC machining for your shape, number, logo, pattern, you only need to send us the drawing and your requiments.
4. Q: What's the warranty for your synthetic teak decking?
A: The warranty is 5 years if you install it at outdoor, 7-8 years if you install it in house.
5. Q: What's the best way to keep the teak decking clean?
A: One simply clean tip as a non-skid deck, with a brush, a bucket of warm water and boat soap.
6. Q: The installation is easy? How to apply the sheets?
A: Yes, the installation is very easy, you only need to prepare a knife to cut, make it matching with your installation area. And make sure the installation area is clean and dry.
7. Q: Is the synthetic teak decking slippery when wet?
A: No, in fact, the non-skid properties is more better than dry as there is excellent traction when wet.
8. Q: What's the glue? Does the sheet comes with the sticker?
A: The sheets with strong adhesive(3M 9080A) at back.
9. Q: Do you have any certificate for your products?
A: Yes, our products have passed CE, ROHS certificate, and the material is green & environmental protection material.
